Welcome to Cottage at Estes Lake!
Enjoy all the water toys provided. 3 Kayaks 1 canoe, 1 paddle board, floating dock.
Water shoes are recommended for getting into the lake unless you swim from the dock.
Big yard  - fire pit on the lake side.
Plenty of parking.

When you first walk into this Rustic Cottage there is a sleeping room which sleeps four - has one bunk bed and two built in beds - all twin beds. 
To the right is a bedroom with a Double Bed.
From the bunk room, enter the Kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare and serve meals. 
Beyond the kitchen is a dining table with seven chairs as well as a large living room with sectional sofa and a TV.  
Right off the kitchen is a 3/4 bath. Bath has a shower - no tub. There is also an outdoor shower.
Beyond the bath is a bedroom with a King Bed. This room has a ceiling fan, window fan, bureau & closet.
Beyond the dining/living area is an awesome porch which has a Queen Pull out Sofa Bed. Porch also has a leather love seat and table with with six chairs.
Beyond the porch is an outside deck with table and umbrella.

No Smoking Inside Cottage. No Fireworks. No Open Flames inside Cottage.

This is a Pet Friendly Cottage
Up to Two Dogs are allowed. There is a $150 non refundable Pet Fee.

The purpose of this pet policy is written to mitigate potential misunderstandings with guests and set expectations for their stay. 
Number of Animals — Observe limit on the number of pets allowed at the property. 
Type of Animal — Observe type of pets allowed.
Housebroken — We require that the animals be housebroken. This helps avoid indoor accidents in a new, unfamiliar environment, and will save you the hassle and money of having to clean up a mess.
Furniture — Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. Though this is a difficult policy to enforce, we recommend that guests bring a bed or pillow for their pet’s comfort if necessary.
Waste Cleanup — This is a must! Guests are required to remove their pets’ waste in the yard and surrounding areas. Please dispose of dutifully.
Leash Policy — Maine has a Leash Law! Fees for violations will be passed on to guests! 
Flea/Tick Policy — Pets are required to be on tick and flea prevention when they come to the property. We take these measures to ensure that the properties stay pest-free.

Guests are expected to be respectful of the home inside, outside and especially of our neighbors!
No Smoking or Vaping.
Must have a responsible adult at least 25 years old at property at all times.
