Description
Living room leads into your Dining Area and Kitchen with island and all appliances.
Off the kitchen is a large deck overlooking upper Mousam lake.
Bedroom 1 on main level King size bed
Full Bath with Tub on main level
Washer and Dryer in main level bath
Take the spiral staircase to the lower level where you will find another living area with two sliding glass doors for another awesome view of Upper Mousam Lake.
Bedroom 2 on lower level has Two Twin beds
Sofas will sleep two more.
3/4 Bath on lower level with shower
Either take the stairs off the side porch or out the sliding glass doors on lower level to stairs down to lake and your private 49' beach area. Nice deep water for your boat and swimming.
There is a dock.
There are two kayaks, paddles and multiple size life vests.
There are 2 Red Adirondack Chairs
There are 6 six regular outdoor chairs (4 blue, 2 red)

There is a TV (not a Smart TV and no cable or satellite )- you may bring your favorite streaming device.

Pillows, blankets, bedspreads are provided.
Please bring your own Sheets, bath, kitchen & beach towels. Please let us know if you require Sheets and towels.
Bedroom on first floor is a King Bed.
Bedroom on lower level has TWO Twin Beds.
There are two sofas on the main living area which can accommodate the 5th and 6th guest.
Propane stove in photo is not operable
This is a Pet Friendly Cottage
The purpose of this pet policy is written to mitigate potential misunderstandings with guests and set expectations for their stay.
Number of Animals — Observe limit on the number of pets allowed at the property.
Type of Animal — Observe type of pets allowed.
Housebroken — We require that the animals be housebroken. This helps avoid indoor accidents in a new, unfamiliar environment, and will save you the hassle and money of having to clean up a mess.
Furniture — Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. Though this is a difficult policy to enforce, we recommend that guests bring a bed or pillow for their pet’s comfort if necessary.
Waste Cleanup — This is a must! Guests are required to remove their pets’ waste in the yard and surrounding areas. Please dispose of dutifully.
Leash Policy — Maine has a Leash Law! Fees for violations will be passed on to guests!
Flea/Tick Policy — Pets are required to be on tick and flea prevention when they come to the property. We take these measures to ensure that the properties stay pest-free.
Please - No Fireworks allowed!
Guests are expected to be respectful of the home inside, outside and especially of our neighbors!
No Smoking or Vaping.
Must have a responsible adult at least 25 years old at property at all times.
