Description
Enjoy your morning coffee on the Front Deck. Or grab your coffee and take a stroll to the beach and watch the sunrise.
This home is a very short walk to a Square Pond Shared Beach and parking lot. This short distance is nice when you want to retreat to your cottage and outdoor space for some peace and quiet.
Bring your kayak, paddle board or canoe and enjoy the beauty of Square Pond.
At night, roast marshmallows as you relax around the Fire Pit in the front yard.
Sleeps six. One Dog Allowed.
This home is a nice clean space – no clutter - Berber carpet in bedrooms and living area. Kitchen and bath have wood floors.
Kitchen comes complete with all you need to prepare and serve meals including a lobster pot. Other conveniences: Microwave, toaster oven, Mr.Coffee 12 Cup Brewer. Outside Grill.
The bath has a tub/shower and includes bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths.
Beach Towels provided.
Bedrooms - Sheets, pillow and blankets provided:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds
Front load washer dryer available in basement.
There are association covenants that must be followed:
RULES FOR THE USE OF BEACH/RECREATION AREA
- USE OF THE BEACH/RECREATION AREA IS RESTRICTED TO LOT OWNERS AND TENANTS.
THIS MEANS THAT THE BEACH/RECREATION AREA IS ONLY FOR THE USE OF THE LOT OWNERS, GUEST OF THE LOT OWNERS AND TENANTS OF THE LOT OWNERS.
OWNERS OR TENANTS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO GIVE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC PERMISSION TO USE THE BEACH/RECREATION AREA.
- DOCKS LOCATED IN THE BEACH/RECREATION AREA ARE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF OUR BEACH ASSOCIATION MEMBERS. TENANTS MAY USE THE COMMON DOCK FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING OF PASSENGERS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY BUT NOT FOR OVERNIGHT MOORING OF BOATS OR WATERCRAFT. NO FISHING OR DIVING FROM THE DOCK IS PERMITTED. ****PLEASE NOTE**** The owners of the property keep their boat on their designated dock for their personal use. There is NO DOCK SPACE INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. THERE ARE NO BOATS INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL.
- CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 MUST SWIM IN THE DESIGNATED SWIMMING AREA AND BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BEACH/RECREATION AREA BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
10:00 A.M. AND 5:00 P.M.
- THE GATES MUST BE CLOSED BY 10 P.M.
- ALL MOTOR VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN THE DESIGNATED PARKING AREA.
- ALL ITEMS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AND ALL TRASH AND REFUSE MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BEACH AT THE END OF EACH DAY.
- OPEN (CAMP) FIRES ARE PROHIBITED ON THE BEACH.
