Welcome to Pinecove Haven! With the cottage set steps across the road from the lake, you have a spacious feel to the exterior. Neighbors are close on one side, but the property is on a double lot giving it some elbow room. On the waterfront, you will find a dock. The owners keep their boat on the dock which is not to be touched. There is a fire pit on the lakeside as well as a picnic table. Ample parking. To enter the cottage, walk onto the front screened porch. From there enter the cottage, which has been recently renovated. This space has a sofa. The 3/4 bath is just beyond. From this space, walk into the open kitchen/living area. This space was recently renovated and has new knotty pine walls and cabinetry. There is a Mitsubishi mini split in this space. The primary bedroom is off this living room. There is a large screened in porch where you can enjoy meals, playing cards and board games. Find all you need to prepare and serve meals. Fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, Instapot. If you'd like to grill outside, please bring your own grill. Guests to bring their own sheets, bath, kitchen and beach towels. There are is no laundry at property. Bring water for drinking and cooking. Sorry - No Pets - owner has allergies. Please - maximum of two guests day and night.
