The cottage interior is charming and timeless Your accommodations include 2 bedrooms with full-sized beds, 1 full-sized pull out sofa in the living area. With a Smart TV, wireless internet, and a small kitchen, dining area and a full bathroom. The kitchen (though very small and not much counter space) has a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and stove. Pots and pans and always supplied with cooking utensils. There is also a propane grill available, and a newly installed dock to enjoy. Less than 2 hours from Boston, MA and 45 minutes from Portland ME. Fantastic location on Lower Mousam not far from the Mousam Bridge and Acton Trading Post. Easy drive to coastal beaches, shopping, antiques, hiking, endless opportunities to explore our beautiful State of Maine. Other things to note This is a seasonal property so as the temperatures cool off, want to inform guests there is no heat in the bedrooms.
